Insights
Findings written as things to fix, and what happens below 30 users.
The Insights tab (and the get_insights MCP tool) runs a set of rules over
your project and returns findings: growth direction, one-and-done users, the
sharpest funnel drop-off, retention shape, and the errors that cost the most
users. Each finding carries its evidence, so you can check the reasoning
instead of trusting a headline.
Below 30 users
Percentages over a handful of people swing on every individual, so below a 30-user floor the statistical rules stay quiet. Vortex reports on the people themselves:
11 users in the last 7 days. 6 arrived through your "reddit-launch" link. All 3 who returned created a project in their first session. The 8 who didn't, never came back.
Users are pseudonymised in these findings. The same narrative shows up in the dashboard, over MCP, and in the weekly digest.
The weekly digest
Every Monday, each member of your team gets an email per workspace: the week's headline numbers per project, followed by the top findings. It is the same insights engine, delivered — a project with no events sends nothing.
