Subscription analytics

Base, movement, trials, churn, refunds, and realized LTV.

The Revenue tab (and the get_subscriptions MCP tool) reads the entitlement pipeline. One computation backs both, so the dashboard and your agent quote the same numbers.

What it reports

  • Base — current entitlements by lifecycle status, and the top live products.
  • Movement — window counts: new paid starts, trials started, paid renewals, cancellations, uncancellations, expirations, refunds, billing issues.
  • Trial funnel — trials started in the window, followed to their outcome: converted, ended without converting, or still running.
  • Churn — subscriptions covered at the window start that expired during it, with the numerator and denominator shown so the rate can be checked.
  • Revenue — realized money this window against the prior one, and the refund rate.
  • Realized LTV — money collected per payer, all-time and by first-payment month. Realized means collected; it is never a prediction.

Why there is no MRR figure

Computing MRR needs each product's billing interval, and nothing ingests intervals yet. A normalised monthly number would be made up, so it is not shown. Realized revenue against the prior window is the movement figure until intervals land.
